About us and what we do
Private Jet Directory (PrivateJetDirectory.io) is an independent directory and information service for private aviation. We publish information about routes, cities, aircraft, empty-leg flights and aviation businesses, and we pass enquiries to relevant third-party providers.
We are not a broker, operator, air carrier or seller of flights. We do not hold any aircraft, do not contract for or sell flights, and do not arrange travel. When you submit an enquiry, we simply forward your details to relevant providers, who then deal with you directly under their own terms. Any contract for a flight or service is solely between you and the provider.
Listings and pricing are indicative
Listings, availability, specifications, flight times and pricing shown on the site are indicative only and are drawn from third-party sources. They do not constitute an offer, quotation or guarantee. Prices and availability change constantly, particularly for empty-leg flights, which are perishable and can be withdrawn at any time. You should confirm all details directly with the relevant provider before relying on them.
While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.
No liability for third-party services
Providers listed in the directory are independent businesses. We do not endorse, vet on your behalf, supervise or control them, and we are not responsible for the services they provide, the contracts you enter into with them, or any loss arising from your dealings with them. Any reliance you place on listings or provider information is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss, and for any loss arising from third-party services, listings, pricing or availability. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
