An operator holds the aircraft and the air operator certificate (AOC) required to fly them commercially. When you charter through an operator you fly on their aircraft with their crew.
How is an operator different to a charter broker?
An operator owns or manages the aircraft and holds the AOC. A broker arranges flights across many operators on your behalf but does not hold the aircraft. Both can help you charter.
