Trust and transparency
Editorial policy
This policy explains who writes our content, where directory data comes from, how commercial relationships are kept separate from editorial decisions, and what to do when something is wrong.

Who writes and reviews the content
Private Jet Directory is operated by Epic Edits Ltd. Jacob Milner is the named editorial lead and has final responsibility for published guides, directory explanations and corrections. Some drafts may use research tools to organise public information, but a named human remains accountable for the finished page.
Editorial independence
Editorial conclusions are not sold. A company cannot pay for a favourable guide, a verified label, or the removal of accurate information. Commercial listing options and lead-generation relationships do not decide which facts we publish. Any paid or sponsored placement must be labelled so readers can distinguish it from independently compiled directory information.
Private Jet Directory is not an aircraft operator, air carrier or charter broker. We do not sell or arrange flights and do not take a margin on bookings.
How operator profiles are generated
Operator profiles may be compiled from public civil-aviation authority registers, including FAA, UK CAA and EASA sources, together with the operator's own public website. A profile created from those sources is not a paid placement. We record the source and date where a register supports that level of detail.
Operators can also submit or claim a profile. Self-submitted details are identified through their listing status and are not treated as independently verified unless we have checked them against an official source. Our data and methodology page explains the register checks and known limits in more detail.
How we research guides
Guides use official aviation sources, airport and manufacturer information, operator websites and other reputable public sources appropriate to the subject. Prices and travel times are described as indicative where they vary by date, aircraft, positioning or availability. We aim to distinguish sourced facts from practical explanation and opinion.
Operator corrections
If you represent an operator or another listed business, email data@privatejetdirectory.io with the profile URL, the field you believe is wrong, the corrected value and a public source or document that supports the change. You can also use the contact form.
We review the evidence, check it against the source used for the profile and update confirmed errors. We may ask for proof that the requester represents the business before changing private or self-submitted details. A correction request does not guarantee that disputed marketing claims will be adopted.
Errors and corrections
For errors in guides, bylines, statistics or data, contact editorial@privatejetdirectory.io. Please include the page URL, the exact statement in question and the best available supporting source. Material corrections are made as soon as they can be verified. Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a correction note.
